Rocketicons does not hide selected icons inside a giant runtime package. After initialization and one addition, your project looks like this:
The core files provide shared React and React Native rendering behavior. Every file under icons represents an icon you explicitly selected.
Treat src/ri as application source: review it and commit it. That keeps local development, CI, collaborators, deployments, and offline builds on the same icon code.
You own the files, but the current add command overwrites the target icon. If you customize generated code, preserve or review those changes before adding the same icon again.
After an agent or script runs Rocketicons, check:
Expect initialization to touch configuration and dependencies. Expect each add command to create or replace exactly one file in src/ri/icons.
